Naomi, you're a breath of fresh air, How do we even begin to express our gratitude for your service.

We had initial engaged an agent who we assumed could assist us with our business sponsor visa application, we had attended numerous meetings and had worked through various documents to assist with our presentation of the requirements associated to the business sponsor visa requirements to apply for PR.

Just as we were approaching the final week to summit the application we felt confident as we satisfactory met the visa requirements, what then occured was unexpected and very cruel, OUR imigigration agency sent us an email to advice that they weren't going to send through the application as they didn't feel confident on its success despite not once ever been hinted the application was weak, and to make matters worse a week earlier they confirmed that the applicant could go overseas to attend a family wedding. not knowing that 1 major criteria was that all applicants must be in Australian prior to the application being lodged.

As soon as I read the eMail I wasted no time to find an Immigration agent that could assist our unexpected circumstance.

I believe 7-8 months later the news of PERMANENT RESIDENCY had arrived and to see the eruption of happiness by my business partner his young wife and his son brings an emotional and humble appreciation of the importance of family love.
